Job Descriptions

1. Analyze and troubleshoot plastic mold issues and prepare preventive maintenance plans. 2. Provide technical advice and solutions for mold troubleshooting based on situational requirements. 3. Oversee and manage mold maintenance activities to ensure efficiency and quality. 4. Lead and supervise the mold maintenance team, ensuring proper delegation and task completion. 5. Support teamwork and collaboration within the department.

Qualifications

Male, aged 25-35 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in Plastic Mold Engineering or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in plastic mold maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
Leadership skills with experience managing and controlling subordinates effectively.
Proficiency in analyzing mold issues and proposing effective solutions.
Ability to provide clear guidance and support to team members.
Strong organizational and planning abilities.
