Quality Engineer (Chinese or English Speaking)

Job Descriptions
1. Standardization:
Develop and create quality standard documents to standardize its factory and product specifications. Preview and improve quality system and process control to ensure effective implementation of standards. Analyze and report quality issues, and develop corresponding improvement measures. Continuous improvement of process technology
2. New product development:
New product/new customer development process follow-up (quality planning in advance)
3. Quality control
Randomly check the records of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, find problems and deal with them in a timely manner
4. Staying current on laws and regulations to ensure compliance
5. Overseeing the quality assurance team
6. Training other employees on quality procedures and regulation
7. Prepare quality reports and documentation
8. Following Collecting and analyzing quality assurance all data
*Knowledge of Regulations: Understanding relevant industry-specific regulations and standards (such as ISO 9001/ IATF 16949 etc.) is essential to ensure compliance and maintain quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Encouraging change and improvement in performance and quality
- Certification programs in Quality Improvement associate, quality auditor, and quality engineer (If any）
- Experience: 3-5 years up of experience in quality assurance roles or related fields are generally necessary.
- Proficient in quality tools and processing knowledge
- strong problem data analysis ability
- Good communication skills in Chinese/English
