Job Descriptions

-Providing legal counsel and guidance to management and business units. -Prepare, review, draft, comment, revise and negotiate agreements / contracts including legal documents both in Thai and English. -Evaluate risk factors regarding business decisions and operations as an in-house legal counsel. -Contact government officers regarding legal matters. -Translate documents from English to Thai or Thai to English.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Law.
At least 2 years of experience in contract drafting and/or giving legal opinions in corporate law, labor law, tax law, litigation and other categories of business law.
Good attitude and personality with proactive and growth mindset.
English communication is a plus.
