Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities:
Client Management: Assist in managing client orders from initial inquiry to final delivery. Communicate with international clients (Europe, Asia, and the US) to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction. Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, and other channels.
Order Processing: Coordinate order details, including product specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines. Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Sales Support: Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and other documentation. Maintain and update client databases, sales records, and reports. Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager with market research and lead generation.
Marketing Assistance: Help create and distribute marketing, social media content, and newsletters. Support digital marketing campaigns and online client engagement.
Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day office activities related to sales and marketing. Provide general administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
