Job DescriptionsAdministrative Support:
- Manage and maintain a complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and documents.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
Communication and Translation:
- Serve as a liaison between the Plant Manager and Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Translate documents, reports, and presentations between Chinese and Thai.
- Interpret during meetings and negotiations, ensuring accurate communication.
Other Duties as Assigned:
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the Plant Manager.
