Job Descriptions
Administrative Support: - Manage and maintain a complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and documents. - Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations. - Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings, conferences, and events. Communication and Translation: - Serve as a liaison between the Plant Manager and Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams. - Translate documents, reports, and presentations between Chinese and Thai. - Interpret during meetings and negotiations, ensuring accurate communication. Other Duties as Assigned: - Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the Plant Manager.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Fluency in Chinese, both written and spoken.
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.
