Job Descriptions
•Take response on new product with overall management (schedule, technology, quality) from prototype stage until new product qualification and released to mass production •Main communication engineer for customer about technical issues in prototype stage •Submit product qualification report of each build for customer approval •Coordinate and follow up with other sections related new product issue and improvement •Conduct statistical and analysis data related new product issue and improvement •Conduct evaluation and collect data for customer requirement •Summarize report and present to customer •Conduct new product qualification and summarize report for customer approval •Responsible to the duty of safety rules and regulations as defined in safety laws
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering faculty only
  2. At least 5 years experience in NPI or Process Engineer
  3. If have experience in customer window engineering with English negotiation, will consider specially
  4. Good command of speaking, listening, writing & reading in English
  5. Ownership, high responsibility, resistant to high pressure, detail oriented, positive thinking
  6. Good relationship, collaboration, presentation, speedy time management
  7. Good in statistical analysis, capable to use JMP/Minitab
