Job Descriptions
1.ตรวจสอบการบันทึกข้อมูลในระบบ ทั้ง ชื่อบริษัทผู้ขาย, วันที่เอกสาร, เลขที่ใบกำกับ, ยอดเงิน, และรายการสินค้าที่สั่งซื้อ 2.บันทึกรายจ่ายในระบบ , บันทึกข้อมูลค่าน้ำมันและใบกำกับภาษีด้านจ่าย เครดิต 7, 15, 30วัน ลงในระบบ 3.ติดตามและตรวจสอบเอกสารทำจ่ายเงินประกอบใบสําคัญต่างๆทั้ง ใบแจ้งหนี้, ใบกำกับภาษี, ใบเสร็จรับเงิน, ใบส่งสินค้า และจัดเก็บเอกสารในการทำจ่าย 4.จัดเรียงเอกสารใบกำกับภาษี เอกสาร, ใบpayment และเอกสารอื่นๆ ส่งสำนักงานบัญชี 5.รับวางบิลจากเจ้าหนี้ 6.จัดทำไฟล์ค่าไฟฟ้า, ค่าน้ำมัน 7.สร้างรหัส Product สินค้าในระบบ 8.นับสต็อคสินค้าเดือนละ 1 ครั้ง 9.งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศ : ทุกเพศ
  2. อายุ(ปี) : 25 - 30
  3. ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 1 - 5
  5. สามารถสื่อสารได้ดี และทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีมได้
  6. มีความรับผิดชอบ
  7. มีความละเอียดและรอบครอบ
  8. พร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆและพัฒนาตนเองอยู่เสมอ
  9. ทำงาน จันทร์ - เสาร์ (วันเสาร์ WFH)
