Job Descriptions
seaspa ( 400 Sukumvit near EMSphere ) Full-time Receptionist / Junior Assistant Manager We are looking for a dynamic individual— who wants to learn new skills and grow with a small and growing spa company Work is 5 to 6 days a week with pay based on a daily rate—which will rise as skills learned English and Thai are necessary and other languages are a plus Hours will vary, but normally 13:00 until the last customer leaves (this can be 23:00 to midnight as we take customers until 21:30 pm) or at times morning shift 10:00 to 8:30 Skills Required and/or to be Learned— -Computer use -Social media interactions -Greeting clients and managing the lineup of appointments -Selling treatments - willing to try all treatments to gain a deeper understanding of the treatments being offered -Assisting the spa General Manager who oversees all treatments and spa operations. -Answer phone, WhatsApp and Line Other Tasks and Personal Skills required— -Enjoy dealing with customers and helping them with anything they need -Willing to organize shoes to greet clients and help prepare foot washing when necessary -Willing to help keep seaspa clean -Willing to learn to watch over the therapists to make sure everything is going smoothly and to help therapists when needed -Willing to give orders to the therapist if need be -Help GM with ordering spa products/ supplies and deal with supplies as well as with customers -Help with social media end posts -Inspect seaspa—making sure everything is clean, and music, lighting etc. is good throughout the day -Help with everything that needs to be done to make the customer experience perfect.
Qualifications
  1. English & Thai necessary other languages helpful
  2. Greeting clients and managing the lineup of appointments
  3. Able to sell treaments to customers
  4. Enjoy dealing with customers and helping them with anything they need
  5. Computer & Social Media skills
