Job Descriptions
1. Strategic Sales Leadership: -Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration. -Set ambitious sales targets and motivate the sales team to achieve them through effective coaching and performance management. -Identify market opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them while staying abreast of industry trends. 2. Team Management: -Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives, fostering a positive and high-performance team culture. -Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness. -Organize and lead sales meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and progress. 3. Customer Relationship Management: -Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively. -Oversee the sales process, from prospecting to negotiation and closing, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded. -Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Market Analysis and Reporting: -Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and product development. -Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis for the management team. -Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as necessary to meet sales goals. 5. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: -Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and optimize sales strategies. -Participate in product launches and promotional events, representing the company at industry conferences and networking events.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  2. 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the accounting software or ERP industry.
  3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, along with ERP software functionalities.
  5. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
