Job Descriptions• Documentation Management: Prepare and manage export documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, certificates of origin, and any regulatory paperwork required for compliance with international trade laws.
• Shipment Tracking: Monitor and track export shipments from origin to destination, providing timely updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Communication & Coordination: Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other external partners to resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
• Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all export transactions within the company’s tracking systems
