Job Descriptions
• Coordinate and handle all incoming/routine inquiries from customers.
• Managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Coordinate with other departments to complete customer inquiries.
• Providing administrative assistance to supervisor/manager, including data entry, document preparation, complaint document, and report generation (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Participate in co-visits to customers with the sales team to understand customer behavior and need more.
• Any special assignment by the supervisor/manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Sales/Marketing, and other related fields Experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a sales support/coordinator/assistance.
- Effective communication with strong service minded.
- Good command of English and computer literacy.
- Negotiation & problem-solving skills.
- Data analytic skill would be preferred.
