• Source item from both domestic and oversea suppliers (main Japan) • Follow up delivery process and documents from suppliers • Place order to supplier and follow up delivery. • Cost down and payment term requirement. • Handle for group internal purchasing meeting in Japanese and English (around 1 time per week) • Report to Purchasing assistant manager and Japanese manager • Other assigned tasks by management Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : Conversational Workplace Area: Chachoengsao Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon – Sat)

Qualifications

Age 25-35 years
Female
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 1 year experience as purchasing or delivery control in manufacturing industry
Conversational low to middle level of Japanese (communicate with Supplier and group company)
Personality : Willingness to learn new Japanese words and other new things
Experience of leader or Supervisor level in purchasing department is preferable.
Work in around 50-100 people company is preferable.
Work or Study in Japan is preferable.
