Job Descriptions

Strategy Development and Implementation Work closely with the owner and other key stakeholders to develop and refine the company's strategic roadmap. Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across departments and functions. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks. Implement efficient processes and systems to optimize productivity and streamline workflows. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach and revenue streams with our current partners (Offline Market); gadgets retails in Thailand market. Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and technology partners. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and maximize value for the company. Lead and mentor a high-performing team of managers and professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence. Set clear goals and objectives for team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them succeed. Promote professional development and career growth opportunities to build a motivated and engaged workforce.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a sales Director, with a track record of driving business growth and operational success.
Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate vision into action and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and inspire teams.
Solid financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and making data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team and foster a positive work culture.
Knowledge of the mobile technology industry and market trends is a plus.
