Job Descriptions
1. Develop and implement sales and revenue strategies to achieve profitability in line with company goals. 2. Oversee sales operations and collaborate with other departments and sales channels to ensure great sales and smooth operations. 3. Identify and secure new sales leads while expanding market coverage and sales opportunities. 4. Conduct daily sales calls, including both phone outreach and customer visits. 5. Analyze market trends and competitive activities to develop strategies that keep the company ahead of competitors. 6. Manage stock depletion, promotional activities, budget control and customer payment terms and conditions.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account management.
  3. Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
  4. Proven sales background; experience in the coffee industry is a strong advantage.
  5. In-depth understanding of B2B sales channels and customer relationship management.
  6. Ability to create and execute sales strategies and analyze market trends.
  7. Strong analytical skills to provide comprehensive sales reports.
