Job Descriptions
Essential Responsibilities
- Engage and assist with team and provide feedback to team and managers to ensure a positive team environment.
- Assist as needed with any training or feedback of new employees.
- Be passionate and proud of the products and services delivered
- Always act with integrity and knowledge that reflects Our Core Values.
- Consistently and genuinely engage with guests in a timely manner and work to anticipate their needs based on verbal and nonverbal cues.
- Execute all functions in a timely and consistent manner
- Actively maintain restaurant cleanliness and display appearances to ADRIFT standards.
- Follows and maintains cash handling, health & sanitation and safety & security procedures.
