•Content Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement content strategies that align with Synergy Group branding (SYNTECH / SYNHUB) and marketing goals. Create and manage high-quality content for digital and print channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials. •Blog Writing and SEO: Write, optimize, and manage engaging blog content to drive organic traffic and increase search engine visibility. Implement SEO best practices to enhance content discoverability and rank for relevant keywords. •Content Creation and Management: Monthly Planning & Creation of content such as blog posts, and social media updates Facebook / LinkedIn. Ensure content complies with brand tone of voice Product & Services. •Storytelling and Video Content: Develop engaging stories for both short-form and product videos. Collaborate with the Marketing team to create impactful video content that resonates with the audience. •Research and Analysis: Monitor and analyses content performance metrics to optimize and improve content strategies. Utilize data-driven insights to enhance content effectiveness and ROI. •Innovation and Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing. Implement innovative content strategies Content : Creation of Written content into various formats, including LinkedIn posts, videos, and Social Media . Utilize a multi-channel content distribution strategy to reach target audiences across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

Ability to develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with business objectives. Experience with Google Ads / Experience with WordPress / Experience with SEO reporting
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in content creation, including writing, editing, and managing content for various digital and print channels. SEO and Blog Writing: Extensive experience in SEO and blog writing, with a track record of driving organic traffic and increasing search engine visibility.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Having Knowledge Engineering & Digital is a plus.
Certificated Content marketing, SEO, or digital marketing are advantageous.
Age 28-35 Yrs.
