Sales & Service General Affair
Job description:
Your job Responsibilities Including but not limited to :
1) Customer services team is located in Bangkok and provide support to customers in Thailand.
2) Act as customer’s primary point of contact & maintain strong business relationship with assigned customers facing activities - order commitment and fulfillment; invoicing and issue resolution.
3) Responsible for providing customer support and ensure customer satisfaction by demonstrating ownership and managing key cross functional interfaces with Aftersales Service
4) Work and cooperate with other related functions as necessary to ensure customer issues are resolved, provide best option solution, and communicated back to customer in a timely manner.
5) Be an ambassador to build strong customer relationships, gain an understanding for their business/service needs, and leverage them to be a trusted advisor.
6) Coordinate with Chinese Team and Translate Thai to Chinese Visit customer with Chinese Aftersales Team
Qualifications
- Study bachelor's degree in Chinese Major or related fields
- Able to useChinese language (Chinese must have HSK level 5 or 4 certificate)
- Can use Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PPT)
