Job Descriptions

“Together We Grow” Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within the Together We Grow Roadmap. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members and third- party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The TWG Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance project delivery and efficiency. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR project management, change management, or HRM/HRD organizational transformation, in which HR contexts are based on competency.
Strategic mindset with a strong focus on people and business alignment.
Experience in HR digitalization projects is a plus.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Proficient in English.
Gender Male or Female
Age between 35 - 45 years old
