Job Descriptions
Regional Sales Manager (ภาคใต้) - Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base and coverage in responsible region. - Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives across the designated regions. - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners. - Analysis sale in and sale out data and other relate information to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. - Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials tailored to TT channel in both distributor and OMT channel. - Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management. - Ensure compliance with company policies and Trade execution.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role in the FMCG sector.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  6. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
  8. Strong Growth mindset and result oriented.
