Job Descriptions
1. ติดตามและควบคุมการสั่งซื้อ การรับออร์เดอร์ การผลิต การส่งมอบสินค้า ให้ตรงตามกำหนดเวลาและความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
2. ติดต่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้า ให้คำปรึกษา ตอบข้อสงสัย และแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ
3. จัดทำเอกสาร เช่น ใบเสนอราคา ใบสั่งผลิต ใบขอซื้อ
4. ดูแลรับผิดชอบกลุ่มลูกค้าโซน สมุทรปราการ-ชลบุรี
Qualifications
- ทุกเพศ อายุ 22 - 35 ปี
- ปวส. - ป.ตรี สาขา การตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Customer Service (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ Microsoft Office : Excel, Outlook เป็นต้น
