Job Descriptions- Collaborate with clients both in Thailand and internationally.
- Oversee customer support / post-sales operations.
- ERP system knowledge.
- Shipping documents and procedures.
- Submit documents to banks for letters of credit and CAD payment terms.
- Handle outbound customer service and order management, including order placement, invoicing, and complaints.
- Create and implement procedures and systems to enhance customer relations and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Administration or related fields.
- Minimum experience 5 years in customer service
- Fluent of written and spoken English (TOEIC score more than 500 will be an advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong interpersonal skills and collaborative.
