Job Descriptions
1. ควบคุมการทำงานและจัดการ การผลิตชิ้นงานทั้งหมดให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้ 2. วางแผน ควบคุมและติดตามการผลิตให้มีประสิทธิภาพ, วิเคราะห์OEE และแก้ไขปัญหาDefectของการผลิต 3. ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานให้ได้มาตรฐาน เพื่อให้ได้ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีคุณภาพตาม ต้องการในต้นทุนที่ประหยัด 4. บริหารจัดการทรัพยากร องค์กร และอุปกรณ์เครื่องจักร ให้เกื้อกูลต่อระบบ คุณภาพตามนโยบายบริษัทฯ 5. ร่วมพัฒนา และปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต ทั้งวิธีการและเครื่องจักรที่ใช้ ด้วยเทคโนโลยีใหม่เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการผลิต 6. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร เพื่อให้ดำเนินงาน ไปในทิศทางเดียวกันและเป็นไปตามนโยบายที่วางไว้
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือทุกสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ตำแหน่งผู้จัดการมาก่อน รวมถึงสามารถวิเคราะห์OEEและแก้ปัญหาDefectได้
  4. มีประสบการณ์และความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์และจัดทำขั้นตอนกระบวนการการทำงานได้ดี
  5. มีประสบการณ์ในระดับจัดการ ในสายงานCNCมาก่อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจในระบบการจัดการด้านคุณภาพ IATF16949 หรือ ISO9001
  7. มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงานและทำงานเชิงรุกได้ และมีภาวะผู้นำ
