Job Descriptions
1. ระบุและแก้ไขปัญหา ฮาร์ดแวร์ ซอฟตแ์วร์และเครือข่ายพื้นฐานทั่วไป 2. ติดตั้งและอัปเกรดคอมพิวเตอร์ส่วนบุคคลและซอฟ์ตแวร์เวิร์กสเตชั่น ที่เกี่ยวขอ้ง ตามที่ร้องขอทาง Call / Remote Service Support 3. ประสานงานทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องในการแกไ้ขปัญหาและ/หรือรายงานสถาณการณ์ของปัญหาต่อหัวหน้า 4. ตรวจสอบสถานะของระบบ และจัดทำรายงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย 5. บันทึกเหตุการณ์ปัญหาด้านคอมพิวเตอร์และการร้องขออื่นๆ เข้าระบบ (การตรวจสอบ, การส่งต่อ , การติดตาม) 6. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่หัวหน้างานมอบหมาย **วันและเวลาทำงาน จันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 8.30 - 17.30 น. (หยุดเสาร์และอาทิตย์)
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือ คอมพิวเตอร์
  2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานเกี่ยวกับงานด้าน IT 1-2 ปี
  3. มีความรู้ของระบบปฏิบัติการ Hardware และ Software ต่างๆ เช่น ติดตั้ง,กำหนดค่า,ดูแลรักษา,แก้ไขปัญหา,
  4. มีความรู้เรื่องจัดการระบบความปลดภัย เช่น ติดตั้ง และกำหนดดำไฟค่าไฟร์วอลล์ ซอฟต์แวร์ ป้องกันไวรัส ระบบควบคุมการ
  5. สามารถสำรองข้อมูล เช่น กำหนดค่า และจัดการระบบบบสำรองข้อมูล ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง และกู้คืนข้อมูลได้
  6. มีความรับผิดชอบ ละเอียด รอบคอบ ขยัน และมีทักษะในการประสานงานกับแผนกอื่นๆ
  7. มีทักษะการพูดคุยกับ users ด้วยความสุภาพ
  8. หากสามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  9. สามารถเดินทาง onsite บริเวณใกล้เคียงได้ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย (ไปกับทีม)
