Job Descriptions

The Talent Acquisition role involves managing the recruitment process for various factory positions, including engineers, technicians, and machine operators. Key responsibilities include: 1. Job Advertising & Sourcing: Posting job ads on multiple platforms and actively sourcing candidates through online tools, agencies, and networking. 2. Screening & Interviews: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and shortlisting candidates based on relevant skills and experience. 3. Collaboration: Working with department heads on staffing and workforce planning, including succession planning. 4. Onboarding: Coordinating with HR for new hire onboarding, orientation, and training for factory roles. 5. Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies, and maintaining accurate records. 6. Employer Branding: Promoting the company as a desirable employer. 7. Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluating and refining recruitment strategies to attract top talent effectively.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome, but those with at least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment will be given special consideration.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices in manufacturing industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software/systems.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
