Job Descriptions

Sourcing: - Source for alternate and new supplier. Material and process sourcing for alternative comparison. - Negotiation on the price and purchasing Condition with supplier. - Approved Supplier List. - Comparison data for propose to management level. BOI: -Create BOI Machine master list and Material Master list. -Create Production Formular in order to request approval from BOI. -Compose, prepare, edit letters and contact BOI and IC for import and cut stock raw material -Apply to get approval from BOI (Scrap, Dispose of waste). -Follow import shipment co-operate with custom & BOI department. -Support business under BOI's regulations and Laws and ensure the Company get great benefits under BOI Supplier Improvement and Evaluation: - Prepare supplier evaluation form. - Develop supplier by coordinate with the related department such as QA. - Maintain current suppliers and place purchase orders on engineering related, spare parts, consumable parts, operational supplies, selling of scrap, outsourced maintenance or repair service, etc. - Place purchase orders on direct and non-direct materials and ensure the materials are delivered on time - Communicate with suppliers on progress of orders and support every department in the purchasing process such as PR, invoice, delivery note, etc. - Evaluate suppliers’ performance while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and lead time of delivery - Retain supplier relationships, negotiating prices and contracts supporting business requirements - Handle documentation in the department accordingly to the company policy and procedure

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistic or any other related field
Minimum 5 years or more work experience in Sourcing&Purchasing & BOI from manufacturing parts or procurement for new project/parts for the assembly of wire and metal parts shall be considered as an advantage
Good command of written and spoken English and Thai, if can speak mandarin is prefer
Knowledge of Import-Export procedures & regulations such as BOI, FTA (Form D, E, JTEPA)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal and cooperate
Strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and open mind to learning
Knowledge in ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 Requirement, Internal Audit
