Job Descriptions
- ควบคุม กำกับ ดูแล และรับผิดชอบเป้ายอดขายสาขา - บริหารจัดการ และวางกลยุทธ์ ช่องทางการขายสินค้าใหม่ๆ - ควบคุม กำกับ ดูแลสต็อคสินค้าไม่ให้เกิดการสูญหาย - ควบคุม กำกับ ดูแลการวัดวาง พื้นที่โปรโมชั่น การจัดโปรโมชั่นให้สอดคล้องตามนโยบายที่วางไว้ - สร้างเทคนิค สร้างสรรค์ ปรับปรุง มุมมองการจัดเรียงใหม่ๆเสมอ - บริหารจัดการ ควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายของสาขาให้เป็นไปตามที่บริษัทฯ กำหนดไว้ - ควบคุม บริหาร ดูแลสินค้า สินค้าหมดอายุ สินค้าชำรุด สินค้าที่ไม่มีการเคลื่อนไหว (Non Move) สินค้าเคลื่อนไหวช้า (Slow Move) - บริการด้วยมาตรฐาน Service Standard ตามมาตรฐานการบริการที่- - - บริษัทฯกำหนด - บริหาร อัตรากำลังพลให้เกิดความเหมาะสม และประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 35-50 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด การจัดการ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ ทักษะด้านการบริหาร ทักษะด้านการขาย และการบริการ
  4. ประสบการณ์การทำงานในธุรกิจค้าปลีกไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
  5. มีใจรักในงานบริการ และมีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
  6. มีรถยนต์เป็นของตัวเองสามารถนำมาใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานได้
  7. ามารถเดินทางได้ทั่วประเทศ (ในกรณีมีการโอนย้ายต่างสาขา)
