Job Descriptions
รายละเอียดตำแหน่งงาน (Job Description) 1. Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them 2. Hire, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of body shop employees 3. Prepares and administer an operating budget for the body shop 4. Directs and schedules the work of employees appropriately 5. Give fair estimates on costs and time required for body work 6. Maintain high-quality service repairs and minimizes comeback's. Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality 7. Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines 8. Monitor paper flow to ensure that all documents are accounts for, filled out completely and legibly and filed or distributed to the appropriate parties/departments 9. Ensures that proper safety equipment is available and being used appropriately 10. Facilitate or conduct technical training and sends employees to appropriate training programs as needed 11. Monitor the work areas and customer waiting areas and ensure cleanliness
Qualifications
  1. Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 35 years.
  2. Responsible; good customer service abilities
  3. Experience in automotive industry is preferred
  4. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or automotive related field
  5. Related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  6. Experience in Aftersales, Marketing, in automobile industry is a plus.
  7. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  8. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations
  9. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  10. Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
