Job Descriptions
- Analyze and interpret product data to uncover trends, issues, and opportunities. - Work closely with Looker dashboards to monitor product performance and KPIs and product dashboards. - Utilize and manage Clevertap dashboards and events to track user behavior and engagement metrics. - Collaborate with the Product and Growth teams to create and optimize dashboards for clear and actionable insights. - Review data from growth experiments to assess performance, validate hypotheses, and measure impact. - Deliver clear, concise, and actionable insights to product leaders for decision-making. - Provide data-driven recommendations to the product team on features to develop, prioritize, or improve. - Highlight areas of concern or opportunity based on in-depth analysis of product and user data. - Work closely with Product Managers and Growth Engineers to align data insights with strategic objectives. - Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity. - Create detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations. - Maintain documentation for dashboards, metrics, and analyses for future reference.
Qualifications
  1. Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or Power BI).
  2. Experience with analytics platforms like Clevertap, Google Analytics, or similar.
  3. Strong skills in SQL for data querying and analysis.
  4. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python or R) for advanced data analysis is a plus.
  5. Ability to analyze complex datasets and distill meaningful insights, understanding of A/B testing and growth experiment analysis.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively.
  7. Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or product analytics. Knowledge of customer journey mapping and funnel analysis.
