Job Descriptions
1.Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and penetrate the HoReCa market, identifying potential clients and opportunities for growth. 2.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and cafés, understanding their needs and requirements. 3.Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business development. 4.Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and value of our water dispenser solutions. 5.Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while maximizing profitability. 6.Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the HoReCa industry. 7.Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new clients and continuous engagement with existing customers. 8.Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management and adjusting strategies as necessary. 9.Stay informed about industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of sales experience in B2B environments, preferably within the HoReCa sector.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  4. Strong understanding of the water dispenser industry and its applications within the HoReCa market.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  7. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  8. Proficient in English, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
