Job Descriptions

Main Responsibilities ● Manage and oversee operations related to the venue. ● Assist the manager with venue operations and ticket distribution. ● Focus on improving services in all aspects to create an exceptional experience for visitors to the Rajadamnern Stadium, including maintaining the stadium’s cleanliness and installing multilingual signage. ● Help promote the stadium to encourage reviews from tourists on Tripadvisor or other platforms. ● Handle ticket reservations, exchanges, and seating arrangements smoothly. ● Act as an internal representative, coordinating with various teams within the company. ● Work closely with the operations manager and support various teams involved in venue- related tasks. ● Ensure an outstanding experience for tourists and tour groups visiting from around the world. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday (starting at 1:00 PM and finishing after the event ends) | Days off: Thursday and Friday

Qualifications

Ability to collaborate effectively with central and external organizations to meet objectives.
Good communication Skills in both Thai and English.
Mandarin Chinese: Not required, but will be considered an advantage
Availability to work on holidays and during irregular hours (e.g., Muay Thai events starting from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and possibly ending after midnight on Saturdays).
Customer service mindset with a strong sense of responsibility to create the best experience for visitors.
