- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing production team (50-80 team members), including equipment operators, assemblers, and supervisors.

- Set performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and provide coaching to team members.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to mitigate workplace hazards.
- Coordinate with other departments, including Quality, Planning, Logistics, and Procurement, to ensure seamless operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, clients, and stakeholders regarding production and operational issues.
- Communicate operational updates and performance metrics to senior management.
- Prepare and present detailed production reports, including KPIs, for review by senior leadership.
