Job Descriptions

- Oversee the entire marketing function, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies. - Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for B2B, B2C, and modern trade. - Set clear goals, KPIs, and ROI-focused to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. - Supervise and guide the marketing team, ensuring seamless collaboration across roles. - Control and monitor the marketing budget for campaigns, tools, and resources wisely. - Develop successful marketing campaigns with strategic products for the right target audiences through appropriate channels. - Analyze market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to support growth plans. - Measure and report on the performance of team plan and marketing strategies. - Oversee all artwork and media, including direct communication, online content, website, and digital media. - Assist and coordinate with the sales and product team in planning, delivering, and distributing marketing and sales materials. - Work closely with the sales and product team to ensure all communication channels and campaigns effectively meet objectives. - Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to develop efficient marketing campaigns that achieve the highest capability and creative results.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing communication, media management, or related field.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Working experience from building material will be an advantage.
Exceptional project management and coordination skills.
Deep understanding of brand management and consumer behavior.
Strong understanding of and enthusiasm for marketing and communications, including advertising, digital marketing, public relations, and media.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Ability to gain a deep understanding of new knowledge and company products.
