Job Descriptions
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Chonburi, Thailand. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Japanese and Thai and have experience supporting sales operations in a multinational environment. Responsibilities: •Translation and Interpretation: Accurately translate and interpret business documents, emails, and communications between Japanese headquarters and Thai clients. •Sales Support: Assist the sales team in various tasks, including: oPreparing sales proposals and presentations oCoordinating with production teams to ensure timely delivery oManaging customer inquiries and complaints oMaintaining customer records and databases •Administrative Support: oScheduling meetings and appointments oOrganizing and maintaining sales-related files oProviding general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
  1. Business in Japanese (JLPTN2) (written and spoken) and Thai native
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  4. Good in Microsoft Office
  5. Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in an international company.
