Job Descriptions

- Lead packaging design and brand across all ranges. - Create, develop, translate the brand & product identity into packaging design. - Work with the marketing team to understand product concept, requirements, target audience, and brand identity. - Work with NPD on the packing from concept through to final product. - Present ideas, designs, solutions to the marketing team and incorporating feedback into your final design. - Conceptualize and execute creative print design ideas, including visuals for packaging and trade marketing. - Produce prototypes/mock-ups and test functionality & practicality. - Up to date with market trends and consumers for packaging materials. - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure proof is of good quality and in line with production specifications. - Review packaging samples, print artwork and print proofs. - Define specification of printing packaging for controlling the quality of incoming products. - Improve the design of existing products.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related.
Experience in Product Design, Packaging design and Graphic designer with Beauty and Cosmetic is preferred.
At least 3 - 5 years experience in e-commerce, online marketing or relevant function.
Strong leadership, analytical skills, management skill and communication skills.
Proactive and can-do attitude.
