Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities Manage Sales Across Online and Offline Channels Responsible for planning and managing sales through online channels (E-commerce, Marketplace, Social Commerce) and offline channels (retail stores, partner retailers). Set sales targets and develop strategies that align with the company's objectives across all sales channels. Plan and Execute Promotions Across All Channels Plan and manage promotions to boost sales in both online platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) and offline channels (such as retail stores and shopping malls). Collaborate with Marketing, Ads, and Content teams to create attractive promotions that drive customer engagement and sales. Organize Sales Promotion Activities and Events Plan and execute promotional events such as product launches, online events (e.g., live streaming), or offline events in stores. Coordinate with event teams and partners to ensure successful execution and brand awareness. Drive the Key Account Team to Achieve Sales Targets Provide guidance and support to the Key Account team to ensure they follow the strategy and meet sales targets. Resolve any issues that arise and ensure the team stays focused on the goal. Cross-Team Coordination to Drive Sales Work closely with Ads, Marketing, Content, and Retail teams to ensure all plans are aligned and efficient. Monitor and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure that sales targets are being met. Data Analysis and Reporting Analyze sales data from both online and offline channels to improve strategies. Prepare performance reports and present key insights regarding sales to the management team. Brand Management and Building Key Customer Relationships Oversee the overall growth and positioning of brands across online and offline markets. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to boost sales and enhance brand visibility. Utilize Digital Tools and Analytics Leverage digital tools, such as CRM systems and data analytics platforms
Qualifications
  1. 1.Experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Ads: Proficient in creating and managing ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads. Able to analyze ad performance and optimize accordingly
  2. 2.Strong Knowledge of Influencer Marketing: Experience in identifying and collaborating with Influencers and KOLs to amplify brand awareness and drive results.
  3. 3.Affiliate Marketing Expertise: Experience in managing Affiliate Programs, tracking performance, and optimizing affiliate partnerships for maximum ROI.
  4. 4.Analytical Skills: Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics, and Instagram Insights to monitor, report, and optimize campaigns.
  5. 5.Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, influencers, and affiliates.
  6. 6.Creative and Passionate About Social Media: Highly creative and passionate about crafting engaging content and exploring new trends in digital marketing.
  7. 7.Time Management and Attention to Detail: Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  8. 8.Ability to Work Under Pressure: Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities while ensuring campaign success.
