o Responsible for managing the business development team in line with the strategic plan. Policies, Goals, and Work Processes
o Expand the business to target customers in the field of land, water, and air transportation, both domestically and internationally.
o Maintain sales Expand sales for themselves and their responsible teams. Supervise to achieve the goals
o Tracking and reporting sales data Collect revenue and profit from service fees and report to management at weekly meetings as well as any problems that arise with customers for improvement.
o Supervise the sales team including sales and marketing coordinators. Plan, assign and assign various obligations to achieve sales and profit targets and take care of solving problems for customers as well as coordinating with other departments within the company.
o Analyze sales, monthly profits, and annual profits to adjust sales strategies and present the next year's goals to management.
o Creating various sales and marketing strategies for the responsible team and the company.
o Manage expenses/costs in business development operations.
o Consulting, advising and teaching subordinates about the Company's services and business development.
o Promote the company's products and services to the target customers both by phone and by visit.
o Consultation and recommendation to customers and suppliers to build understanding, confidence and satisfaction regarding the Company's services.
o Coordination and support with other relevant departments.
