Job Descriptions
Working Location : near BTS Ekkamai : 3 Position Working Location : near BTS Udomsuk : 1 Position Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8:30 am - 5:30 pm) and every Saturday (8:30 am - 12:00 am) Day off: Every Sunday and last Saturday of the month Responsibilities : 1. Delivery & Installation Planning : - Planning and Managing day to day operations in Delivery & Installation Process. - Improve the after sales service activities and delivery process to meet the customer expectation with high efficiency. - Develop and monitor the Services and Installation Team for awareness of customers’ needs. 2. After Sales Services : - Be a point of contact with customer and sales dept. in claim & complaint issue. - Coordinate with internal / external dept. to ensure that customer's requests are in action and fixed. - Create and develop the communications channels to ensure the most effective to retain the strong relationship between customers and company. - Responsible for working improvement project related with company strategy.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in CRM or Customer Service, specifically in after-sales and planning functions.
  3. Experience in the Furniture Business or High-End Industry is a strong advantage.
  4. Proficiency in English and computer applications.
  5. Service-oriented mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
  6. Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
