Job Descriptions
-Cooperate with sales engineer and sales coordination in terms of technical support and equipment selection
-Technical clarify with customer and supplier
-Prepare technical proposal and bid tabulation
-Incorporate all required technical documents to meet customer’s requirement
-Work with external resources to resolve product issues
-Troubleshooting the product issues after-sales
- Provide product training for sales engineer and customers
-Maintain expert level of product knowledges
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- 1 or more years of experience are required.
- Professional engineering status is helpful but not required.
- Must be familiar with a variety of the electrical equipment & energy equipment field’s concepts practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Must be able to read ,write,speak and understand English.
