Job Descriptions
Job Purpose: Oversee and manage the entire import process from start to finish.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and review import documentation including invoices, bills of lading, Form AK, and customs entries.
• Coordinate with transport companies and related people to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Prepare FDA registration and labelling.
• Tracking Shipment and booking warehouse
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure payment terms and conditions are met.
• Submit import data and provide reports on import activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years in Import or a related.
- Good command in English both of spoken and written in English.
- Able to use Excel Program in Advance Level. (Pivot and other function)
- Strong Understanding of customs regulations, Import Laws, FDA Regulations and Excise Taxes
