Job Descriptions

Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure product conformity and customer satisfaction. Conduct time and motion studies to optimize work methods and reduce waste. Design and layout production facilities to maximize space utilization and workflow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives. Utilize statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to identify areas for process improvement. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions. Conduct ergonomic evaluations to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment. Perform capacity planning and resource allocation to meet production targets. Train and mentor employees on lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial engineer
Experience 3-5 years in the field of Industrial Engineer / Process Engineer / Electrical engineer
Good analytical and communication skill, Able to work under pressure, Ability to challenge others
Direct experience in productivities, cost saving, safety, quality, delivery improvement
Critical-thinking skills in creating new systems to solve problems related to waste and inefficiency. Solving these problems requires logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to the problems.
Math skills, using the principles of calculus, trigonometry, and other advanced topics in mathematics for analysis, design, and troubleshooting in their work.
