Job Description for Account Staff.
Account in A/P Function
- Check Goods Receive Note (GRN) for Raw material and record the purchase voucher to the system.
- Collect AP voucher and GRN to filing by monthly and check Tax Invoice, Receipt.
- Prepare billing statement for supplier and send to finance department.
- Check original Tax Invoice with Input Vat Report from the M3 system every week.
- Collect payment documents ED1, ED2, ED3 and Cheque return.
Qualifications
- Graduated in High vocational or bachelor's degree in finance and accounting.
- Experience 0-1 years. Welcome for New Graduated.
- Can work Monday-Saturday.
- To be able to use basic computer skill (Require: Microsoft Excel).
- Company be welcome for coaching until professional.
