Job Descriptions
1.Push sales and increase/improve Harison sell out performance –Top priority.
2. Follow and implement POG/visual guidelines per store: permanent and promotionallyTop priority.
3. Monitoring stock level in every shop (both departure and arrival) –2nd priority.
4. Competition monitoring: monthly price promotions, HPPs and new launches / reporting –3rd priority.
5. Understand best promotional mechanics vs. nationalities/customer profiles. Purchasing patterns/behaviours.
6. Push sales as sales driver – Top priority
7. Monitoring stock level every shop (both departure and arrival) –2nd priority
8. Competition Monitoring; monthly price promotions, HPPs and new launches – 3rd priority
9. Harison Ambassador: Specialize on HARISON brand as product knowledge/ planogram & etc
10. Stock display and rotation to ensure every space is optimized
11. Understand customer profile & purchasing behavior
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of working experience in Sales, PC
- Pleasant and outgoing personality
- Able to work in shift (9.00-18.00/ 13.00 - 22.00, 6 Days per week)
- Good communication skills in Thai and English
