Job Descriptions1. Prepare project feasibility study or technical due diligence by analyzing technology, resource need, and market demand.
2. Present and explain feasibility study, conceptual design and engineering design to internal and external partner/investor.
3. Prepare project development cost estimation, bid evaluation, contract preparation and monitor budget during project execution.
4. Establish scientific or technical goals within broad outlines provided by management.
5. Able to influence at senior management level, take a strategic outlook and manage change where necessary.
6. Leading /providing technical support to business development.
7. Mange several existing projects/prospects toward achievement of quantifiable deliverables, developing overall project execution plans, budgets, coordination and delegation of work assignments for internal resources, tracking milestones.
8. Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing work - Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish the projects.
9. Coordinate and lead project meetings, including all members of the project team.
10. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
11. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
