Job Descriptions

1.Equipment Debugging and Maintenance: Responsible for debugging and maintenance of new product equipment to ensure its normal operation. Lead the installation, debugging, evaluation, calibration, and acceptance of new product equipment. Conduct fault diagnosis, analysis, and troubleshooting of the pack system, and propose improvement plans and suggestions. Develop and implement operating procedures, maintenance manuals, and maintenance schedules for equipment to ensure its stability and reliability. 2.Technical Review and Design Development: Lead the technical review and design development for the introduction of new production lines/equipment, ensuring the feasibility and advanced nature of technical solutions. Participate in the design and optimization of battery assembly and packaging processes to improve production efficiency and product quality. 3.Spare Parts Management: Responsible for assessing the spare parts needs for facilities and equipment, as well as the daily management of the spare parts inventory. 4.Quality Control and Improvement: Develop and implement quality control standards, monitor key parameters during production, identify and improve potential issues. 5.Team Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with R&D engineers, engineering personnel, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of battery assembly production equipment. Assist in resolving abnormal issues in the pack system and provide technical solutions. 6.Safety and Environmental Protection: Comply with relevant safety and environmental protection regulations to ensure a safe production process without accidents and in compliance with environmental requirements.

Qualifications

Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical and electrical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields. Fluent in Thai-Chinese or Thai-English to meet work communication needs, able to read and understand relevant documents and literature.
Technical Knowledge: Familiar with the equipment development process, proficient in equipment design principles, and have a basic knowledge of equipment maintenance. Have a deep understanding and DOE experience with resistance welding and laser welding process equipment for battery packs. Proficient in operating OFFICE software and 2D/3D drawing software.
Work Experience: Typically requires 3-5 years of relevant work experience and familiarity with battery assembly process flows and equipment principles. Have knowledge and experience in equipment lifecycle management, and be familiar with equipment maintenance and mechanical safety regulations.
Competencies: Strong communication and coordination skills, adaptability, and analytical judgment abilities. Strong resilience and ability to efficiently handle unexpected situations. Good at cooperating with team members, suppliers, and other departments, with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
