Job DescriptionsResponsibilities:
• Perform daily technical support on desktop, network, system, software and hardware
• Set up computers and install software for various applications and programs
• Troubleshooting and problem solving for both IT Hardware and Applications in a timely manner. Escalate issue and involve
experts whenever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
• Handle helpdesk documentation and reporting, liaise with relevant parties to troubleshoot and report on problems and incidents
• Timely respond and handle urgent business requests during normal and non-office hours with company-assigned facilities
• Maintain IT asset and software licensing inventory
Qualifications - Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines with MCSE / CCNA qualification will be advantage
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in supporting Windows, Office 365, other MS applications and account administration
- Prior experience in LAN, H3C, Fortigate, CISCO and PC hardware supporting
- Self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal and task management skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
