Job Descriptions
1.Perform and check the payroll report of the all of employees to be complete, accurate and pay on time.
2.Overall control and monitor employee's time attendance.
3.Overall control and monitor employee's leave day.
4.Overall control and monitor starting date and resignation date of employees.
5.Overall control and monitor the overtime working hours of employees in all departments.
6.Overall control and monitor the incentive allowance of employees in all departments.
7.Overall checking attendance and sending mail to related departments.
8.Overall control and monitor SSB charges for all 9.Overall control and monitor incoming tax calculation and doing payment.
10.Any other tasks assigned by the HR Manager, Asst. Manager.
Qualifications
- Must have payroll, Compensation & Benefit experience and knowledge
- Knowledgeable about local law and customer requirements.
- University Education.
- Computer literacy.
- English & Thai languages.
- Must have HR knowledge.
