Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers, posting job openings, and participating in candidate interviews.
Support the onboarding process to facilitate a smooth integration of new employees.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and provide prompt resolutions.
Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Assist employees with benefits inquiries and facilitate enrollment processes.
HR Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including payroll-related documentation.
Performance Management:
Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and professional development plans.
Collaborate in the implementation of employee recognition programs.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Identify opportunities for professional development and career growth.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and organize employee engagement activities, events, and programs to strengthen the sense of community within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HRD and HRM functions.
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employment laws, and payroll regulations.
