Job Descriptions
- Control the execution of cargo movements for import process to support logistics and distribution, and align with business plans, domestic and international regulations
- Verify Import shipping documents (Invoice, Packing list, Bill of Lading, Air waybill, FTA form, Import license).
- Monitor scheduling and tracking shipments to update IEOT (Internal systems) within the timeline (follow KPIs).
- Coordinate with the overseas supplier, BU, forwarder, shipping, and other relevant functions to receive is and effectively support the operations.
- Organize and manage the accumulating documentation from overseas agents and receivers daily to facilitate operaions.
- Perform other tasks as per assignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a related field.
- Understand rules, and policies related to customs.
- Have computer skills. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Have co skills, especially in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Can work under pressure.
