We are seeking a skilled Application Technologist, this role focuses on developing bakery products, flour premix through innovative formulations and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in R&D, product development of bakery products.
Responsibilities:
-Make the applied prototype mainly in bakery (cake, bread, premix etc.) & food products to demonstrate the opportunities for company’s products that meet food law, food regulation (food ingredient, food additive) and meet target cost.
-Manage sample collection.
-Keep update industrial trends, consumer preferences and food technology.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales & marketing.
-Provide technical support to teams & customers, including troubleshooting product issues, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering technical presentations.
-Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
-Maintaining, calibrating, and cleaning laboratory’s equipment.
