Job Descriptions1. Responsible for translation work in the company's daily management, including oral translation, document translation and customer reception translation;
2. Responsible for the communication and translation between Chinese and Thai employees and the communication of work matters during the company's daily operations;
3. Responsible for daily employee training translation work, and follow up to guide the learning and growth of Thai employees, supervise them to improve their performance, skills and awareness, identify key employees and carry out talent training, implement and continuously optimize the performance incentive system
4. Responsible for supervising local Thai employees to strictly follow the documents and relevant requirements to ensure 100% execution of other tasks assigned by the leadership;
5. Responsible for assisting Chinese employees in translating work matters when they go out to work, including government staff, cooperative customers, merchants purchasing goods, material suppliers and other relevant personnel
6. Other matters assigned by the leadership include but are not limited to administrative logistics management, procurement of office supplies, etc.
